Unopened products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Unopened products in resalable condition may be returned within 180 days for store credit.
No returns on the following:
- Opened products
- Used Miniatures
- Consignment Items
- Collectible cards
- Any product where the content is randomized
- Items that are not in resalable new condition
- Special order items
