Disney: Lorcana - Winterspell Release Event

This is a ticket for a in-person event at AFK Games in Holt, MI. 

Disney Lorcana: Winterspell Arrives at AFK Games on February 13th!

Join us for our release event on Friday, February 13th, at 6:40 PM to celebrate the launch of Winterspell!

Get ready to chill out for the coolest adventure to storm into the realm of Lorcana. With over 200 cards in the forecast, you’ll love experiencing the magic that arrives with this winter season.

Deckbuilding starts at 6:00 PM

Entry Fee: $35

Prizes: Each player adding $12 of value to the prize pool.

Come join the fun, experience the new set early, and enjoy a night of Lorcana!

What You Get with Entry:

• 6 Disney: Lorcana - Winterspell booster packs. To build your sealed deck.

Sealed Tournament

In this tournament, all players will start with 6 Booster Packs
Before the event begins, you’ll have 30 minutes to make a sealed deck out of your booster packs.

• Between rounds, you are allowed to make further changes to your deck using the cards you opened, but no extra time will be provided for this.

Tournament Structure

• The tournament will use a Swiss format with 3 rounds (everyone plays all 3 rounds).

• Each round is a best-of-one games match.

• Pairings will be handled through Ravensburger Play Hub (the official tournament software).

Prizes

• The prize pool will be split 50/50 into prizing for the top 50% of the event players and 50% for raffles.

• Players who get prizing from the being in the top players will not be able to win raffle prizing.

Open Pack Rush (On-Demand)

This is a casual, on-demand Pack Rush event for players who want to enjoy the new set without the pressure of a structured tournament.

How It Works

• This event runs on-demand

• Whenever 2 players are ready, they will be paired up

• Entry: $19

Deck Construction

• Each player receives 2 booster packs

• Those 2 boosters become your deck

• 2-color deck rule is ignored

• Non-playable cards (ads, puzzle cards, etc.) start in your inkwell

Game Rules

• Starting hand: 5 cards

• Play to: 15

Prizing (Per Match)

• A total of 3 booster packs are added to the prize pool per match
