AFK Games is hosting a Marvel: Crisis Protocol Danger Room event on August 30th, 2025.


Tournament Format

  • Rounds - 3

  • Round time - 90 minutes + 15 minutes to finish the current round

  • Format - Standard Timeline (2025 Timeline)

  • Software - Longshanks

  • Doors - 11:00 AM

  • Start - 11:30 AM

  • Entry - $10


Once time is called, players will have 15 minutes to finish the current round. After 15 minutes, players will score VP and finish the match.


One shot card will be flipped after Squad selection is completed.


If “Unlikely Team Work” is flipped up, first players can return to squad building.

During the clean up phase, after scoring. The player with less VP can choose to flip a

new One Shot Card. This will replace the active one and take effect at the start of the

next activation phase.

Roster Selection

  • Each player will bring their roster that is in line with the current rules, errata, FAQ, and Banned and Restricted List.

    • 10 Characters

    • 10 Team Tactics Cards

Victory Conditions
Victory conditions will follow normal MCP conditions with Standing being calculated with tie breakers of Average Opponent TP and Victory Points Scored.

Round 1:

Extract: Black Bird Crash: Retrieve Exotic Animal

Secure: Malfunction Simulation Gone Wrong


Round 2:

Extract: Cerebro Locates Dangerous Mutants

Secure: Sinkholes Open Across City


Round 3:

Extract: New Tech From Armory

Secure: Black Bird Crashes Secure Cargo

Painting and Basing

  • All models must be based on their current base size.

  • Painting is not required.

Player Responsibilities

  • Bring your roster

  • Bring your tactics cards

  • All materials needed to play a game/report the results – including:

    • Dice

    • Measuring devices

Players are also responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate, sportsmanlike manner at all times.
